Beauty's Price 8: A StormWhen Riz was finished eating breakfast, he picked up the porcelain plate and placed it inside of Seri’s sink. He could tell that Seri’s eyes were following him from where he sat, but Riz ignored it altogether. Instead of telling Seri to stop staring at him like he was some exhibit in an oddity museum, he turned to him and said simply, “Thank you for the food, can we go now?”

Beauty's Price 7: HateThe sunlight hitting Riz’s face is what awoke him. It was something he wasn’t used to, so for a couple of moments he wondered why the sky was above him. Looking around, his memory of the previous day’s occurrences returned to him. His father tried to kill him, he’d run away, into the bad part of town, and met Allen, and Seri. There wasn’t much he could do at this point, besides ask for directions and hope he wasn’t too far away from home. I haven't had much to do anything...Not even write! How can I be a writer if I don't write! WHy does time have to go so fast...
Choices must defiantly be made, and soon. I'm utterly confused as to where I'm going at the moment, but maybe it's better not knowing. At least then it will be a surprise. Like, 'Surprise, you've arrived somewhere you don't wanna be, but hell, what else could you do?!'

I don't want things to turn out that way. I really don't want to wake up in ten years and have to look at the neat little mess I've made for the sake of not taking risk. It's a risk to follow dreams. That's all there is to it. Dreas are a risk I'm too scared to take.

The safe planned out road is much, much better...
Or so says the nagging doubt.
